This system was developed using data on Iranian cities.

 The main services of the system are:

• Complete Iranian cities water management data.
• Population Growth Estimation.
• Estimates water consumption and pattern of water usage in a given area.
• Facilitate easier strategic decision-making on municipal water plans.

The system consists of 3 major layers:

• Data Layer
  Geographical, hydrological, topographical, and social data.
• Expert Layer
  Patterns and projections extrapolated from data layer.
• Decision Support Layer
  Data presentation, as accumulated knowledge, and decision support tools.
